There are many variables we take into account when pricing a survey: the size of the property, the type of property, the survey requested, the number of improvements, and obstacles such as trees and topography. Surveys usually take four to five business days. We want you to have your survey as fast as possible, but the time depends on how complex the property is and how much research its location needs. Homebuilder work is typically one to two business days. The office is closed on weekends. Larger jobs, acreage, and older properties are evaluated by our quotes team for a more accurate timeline.

No. Our field crews will need access to the backyard or any other part of the property that could be locked, so please leave gates unlocked or let us know how to get in.

A survey shows all relevant information at the time it was made. Once a change has been made to the property, such as a new fence, addition, or pool, we recommend a new survey.
