Surveys we perform most often

  • Lot Stake (Pins)

Accurate, visible marking of a lot's property corners, and boundary lines if needed, on the ground. Missing corners reset when needed.

  • Layout / Envelope

Marking where an improvement, usually a house, will be built on the lot: its envelope or building corners, with optional offsets.

  • Form Survey

A survey to confirm the location of the form boards for a concrete foundation before the slab is poured.

  • Slab Elevation Grid Survey

A drawing showing the elevation of the concrete slab at points throughout the house. To show possible issues with the foundation after it is poured and for warranty purposes.

  • Grade (Drainage) Survey

A survey showing the improvements on a property and the drainage of the lot.

  • Title Survey

A comprehensive survey of boundary lines, right-of-way lines, easements, and setbacks for a real estate transaction.

Our Process

Accurate, reliable, and fast

Field work, drafting, and review are all handled in-house, so a job moves efficiently from the first call to the finished survey.

  1. Step 1: Contact Us

You contact us with the property address and the type of survey or project need, by quote request or phone.

  2. Step 2: Review and Confirm

We review the request, research the property records, and confirm scope and timing with you.

  3. Step 3: Fieldwork Scheduled

Field work is scheduled, with builder jobs typically completed in one to two business days. On form surveys we email a confirmation before drafting begins.

  4. Step 4: Office Processing

Our in-house drafting department starts as soon as our crew returns its fieldwork data, and the finished survey is checked before it goes out.

  5. Step 5: Delivery

Most surveys are completed in four to five business days; homebuilder work is typically one to two business days. Larger jobs, acreage, and older properties are evaluated by our quotes team for a timeline.
