Homebuilder work is typically completed in one to two business days. For larger jobs or older properties, our quotes team will evaluate your request for a more accurate timeline.

How We Are Built
Everything in-house, under three Registered Professional Land Surveyors
All work is done in-house. Our employees are drug tested and under the supervision of three Registered Professional Land Surveyors. We do not contract out our fieldwork, drafting, or support staff. This ensures quality control for your survey, and responsive communication for any problems that might arise in the process.
Our team has more than 350+ years of combined, industry-specific experience. The average employee has 10.7 years of experience, with a company-wide median of 7 years. Clients benefit from that deep reserve of experience on every job.
We have achieved this from a long track record on one key interest: we care greatly for our employees. Roome Land Surveying is a family owned and operated company, and we consider all employees a part of that family.
